Dear Senedd Health,

I have just retired from Community nursing...Junior sister of a very busy team.  I have taken early retirement; constantly late, not enough hours in the day to do the job properly; you would request equipment and it does not always come as it is not available, paperwork that is not user friendly....basically the whole system is under strain....
